As a young girl, Mary Rivera would sit at the kitchen table with her mom and cheer on her dad as he made his special family recipe sauce.

Mickey’s Massive Burritos is a family-owned restaurant that serves freshand delicious Mexican food made daily from scratch.


Brice has been the cook of the family for 21 years. He has been a pit master for the last 15. He enjoys making people happy with food and it shows! Shawna left her 22 year nursing career in November of 2021. Since then, the food trailer has been rolling throughout eastern Iowa! Shannon is the oldest of 3 kids and is a tremendous help in the food trailer and restaurant. She is also employed by the Iowa National Guard and attends Iowa State.

When Enrico’s Italian Dining was established in 1974 by Harry D’Ercole, the menu consisted of pizza and three sandwiches from a carryout establishment.

“Over the years Enrico’s has evolved into a full-service restaurant offering traditional Italian dishes as well as steak, chops and seafood,” said D’Ercole. “While we have many guest favorites, the menu and food items that most come for are our minestrone soup, baked mostaccioli, chicken Parmesan, Chicken piccata, Italian beef sandwiches, lasagna, garlic shrimp and linguini and, of course, our banana cream pie.”


The Navarro family has owned and operated NES Environmental for over 20 years and we have been beyond blessed with its growth. On the verge of outgrowing our warehouse and office space once again, we looked for a place to establish a second warehouse. That’s when we came across a 5-acre farm just two miles from the office
