Brice has been the cook of the family for 21 years. He has been a pit master for the last 15. He enjoys making people happy with food and it shows! Shawna left her 22-year nursing career in November of 2021.
Since then, the food trailer has been rolling throughout eastern Iowa! Shawna is the oldest of three kids and is a tremendous help in the food trailer and restaurant. She is also employed by the Iowa National Guard and attends Iowa State.

Over the years, Enrico's has evolved into a full-service restaurant offering traditional Italian dishes as well as steak, chops and seafood.
